Add five parts cold water to one part curry paste, bring to the boil. Whisk and simmer for three minutes or until desired consistency is achieved. Ensure the sauce is piping hot before serving. Separation of oil to top of product is normal; stir before use.
Chicken Curry & Rice Recipe: Fry 4 diced chicken fillets, slice 1 large onion and add, fry on a low heat until cooked. Prepare sauce and add. Serve with rice. (Beef can also be used in place of chicken).
Can be stored at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 4°C. Not suitable for freezing.
