Preparation: (Guidelines only)
- Add five parts cold water to one part curry paste, bring to boil.
- Whisk and simmer for three minutes or until desired consistency is achieved.
- Ensure sauce is piping hot before serving.
- Once cooked, treat as any hot sauce.
- Separation of oil to top of product is normal; stir before use.
Storage:
- Prior to opening, product can be stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Once opened, keep refrigerated at <5°C and use within 4 weeks.
- Not suitable for freezing.
