Cooking Guidelines:
To microwave cook:
400g Portions ONLY:
- Pierce film and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes
- Leave to stand for one minute
- Remove film and stir before serving
To oven cook:
- Pre-heat oven to 180oC /350oF / Gas Mark 4
- Pierce film and place tray on a ovenproof container
- Heat approximately for 20-30 minutes. (For 1.7, 6lb & catering tins heat for approximately 45-50 minutes;
ensure a minimum core temperature of 85°C is achieved). - Serve immediately
