Cooking Guidelines:

To microwave cook:

350g Portions:

  • Pierce film lid with a fork.
  • Microwave on High for 3-4 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute.
  • Remove film lid.
  • Ensure product is piping hot before serving.

4.5Kg Buckets:
To microwave cook in portions of 300g

  • Weigh into a microwavable dish and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes
  • Leave to stand for one minute
  • Stir before serving
To oven cook:

350g Portions:

  • All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. For fan assisted ovens cooking times should be
    reduced. Refer to manufacturers handbook for details.
  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
  • Remove film lid.
  • Place on the middle shelf of the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Check the product is piping hot before serving. Consume immediately.

4Kg Buckets

  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
  • Place stew in an oven able dish
  • Cook for 25-30 mins and to an internal temperature of 85 oC and ensure piping hot before serving.
  • If hot holding, reheat to 85 oC first, then hold at 65 oC or hotter.
  • Check product is piping hot before serving
