Ingredients:

Wheat Flour [with Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Flavoured Oil [Rapeseed Oil, Garlic, Chilli], Sugar, Curry Powder (5%) [Coriander, Turmeric, Mustard, Bengal Gram Flour, Cumin, Chillies, Fenugreek, Pepper, Garlic, Salt, Fennel, Poppy], Salt, Flavour Enhancer: Monosodium Glutamate E621, Creamed Coconut, Red Chilli Powder.

May contain Soya and Milk.

Preparation: (Guidelines only)

  • Add five parts cold water to one part curry paste, bring to boil.
  • Whisk and simmer for three minutes or until desired consistency is achieved.
  • Ensure sauce is piping hot before serving.
  • Once cooked, treat as any hot sauce.
  • Separation of oil to top of product is normal; stir before use.

Storage:

  • Prior to opening, product can be stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Once opened, keep refrigerated at <5°C and use within 4 weeks.
  • Not suitable for freezing.
