This Beef Satay Stir Fry is a perfect weeknight dinner option. The combination of Tasty Foods curry paste and Satay Stir Fry Sauce creates a depth of flavour that will have your taste buds dancing. Feel free to adjust the amount of curry paste to suit your spice preference.

Ingredients

Beef strips: 500g
Tasty Foods Curry Paste: 3 tablespoons
Water: 750ml
Onions: 1 large, sliced
Bell peppers: 2, sliced
Tasty Foods Satay Stir Fry Sauce: 1 packet
Oil: 1 tablespoon (for stir-frying)
Rice: to serve

Instructions

Prepare the Curry Sauce:
In a saucepan, mix 3 tablespoons of Tasty Foods curry paste with 750ml of water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer while you prepare the other ingredients.

Stir-Fry the Beef:
Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok over high heat.
Add beef strips and stir-fry for 4 minutes until browned.

Cook the Vegetables:
Add sliced onions and peppers to the pan with the beef.
Stir-fry for an additional 3 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Combine with Sauces:
Pour the prepared curry sauce over the beef and vegetables.
Add the Tasty Foods Satay Stir Fry Sauce to the pan.
Stir well to combine and cook for 2 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld.

Serve:
Remove from heat and serve immediately over steamed rice.
