Ingredients
Stir-Fry Vegetables: Choose your favourites! (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
Noodles: 250g (egg noodles or rice noodles work well)
Tasty Foods Curry Paste: 3 tablespoons
Water: 750ml
Oil: 1 tablespoon (for stir-frying)
Optional Garnishes: Fresh coriander, lime wedges, or chopped spring onions
Instructions
Prepare the Noodles:
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan or wok over high heat.
